We have used Franks for 34 years. They never disappoint. We've bought too many appliances to list but their sales and service are outstanding. Yesterday we were delivered a new washer/dryer. Our pantry is not large so tricky to move big items in & out of. Kevin and Shermar were pros! I dubbed them the A team. Even in the rain and mud they never complained and made the whole job look easy.

We purchased a refrigerator and the ice maker, refrigerator and freezer began giving us issues. Under warranty with Bosch and they gave us Frank's Appliance as a Bosch certified repair company. I called and spoke to Vicki who couldn't have been nicer and got Matthew out to look at our refrigerator the following day. Matthew was extremely thorough and took it apart to analyze the issue. He determined it was the inverter and said they would have to order one. Matthew was knowledgable, professional and very curteous. He was back the end of the week to install the new inverter and told us what to do to ensure it was working properly before we put food back in the fridge and the freezer. We couldn't have been happier with Frank's Appliance, Vicki and Matt. They are our go to...have our complete trust.

LOVE Frank's Appliance Service! We unexpectedly had to replace our previous refrigerator (which was NOT from Frank's and was still under warranty) back in December 2020. We were told that it was going to be over a month before it could be fixed, and they couldn't guarantee that they would have the parts needed for the repair. We even looked into having it fixed through a third party, but the costs to repair it would be half of a new one, with no guarantee that it would work long term. After several discussions with my husband, we decided it wasn't worth the headache to stay with the brand we had (this was our 5th refrigerator replacement from them in less than 5 years). We had heard a lot of positive things about Frank's Appliance Service, and decided to give them a call. This was, hands down, one of the easiest purchases we have ever made. Stephan Saraidarian was knowledgeable, helpful and so easy to work with. He answered all of our questions and then some. We purchased our Bosch refrigerator, sight unseen, and it was delivered two days later. It fit in our space perfectly, like it was always meant to be there. We have had our refrigerator for over 7 months now, and are so pleased with this purchase. We would definitely recommend Frank's Appliance Service to others and will be using them for any future appliance purchases we may need.

We follow all the COVID regulations recommended by the State and the CDC. Anyone can enter the store but they must wear a mask per Milford MA board of health.

We don’t have a specific percentage amount as it depends on what you are purchasing but if you inform the salesperson he will do what he can to give you some extra discounts just as we do for all emergency personnel
