I've used this location a few times and just today went in for an oil change & DEQ diagnostics - I really want to acknowledge the staff that greeted me and worked on my car. Really friendly and gave me an estimated wait & service time which was helpful because I was on my lunch break and wasn't sure I could fit the service in. They were quick to get everything done and then went over everything with me in a way that was easy to understand (I'm not a car person) - and the gentleman who was going over everything pointed out one of my tires looked more worn then the others and he wanted to make sure I was aware. Not being a car person this was super helpful information, and unknown to them I actually was aware (thanks to a car-savvy friend) and have an appointment to get new tires this weekend. TLDR; Service is consistently excellent & they provide genuine suggestions to keep your vehicle in top condition.

This is my go-to location for oil changes, and the folks did not disappoint! In fact, once I was over the rack and they were checking me in, I was told that I was about 500 miles too early and did I want to go ahead with the oil change anyway? Since I'm not too busy right now (and who knows how busy I'll be at the 500 mile mark) I gave the go-ahead. Also got them to change my air filters; the one in the engine compartment was still good, but the one in the cabin was ohmygod nasty! One look at the dust, feathers, and bugs made me say YES please! (I think this was the very first time anyone bothered to check, in fact. How bugs and little feathers got in there who know?) They checked and topped off all my fluids, checked tire pressure, disk brakes, etc.as usual. Only thing was the person cleaning windows only did my windshield and never got back to doing the others ;( but that person was pretty busy and it was no big deal overall. It's not as easy to get to as some other locations, but I definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube in SE Portland!! Profession, courteous, quick, and thoroughly know their stuff!
