The lines are way too long. Associates spend way too much time joking and playing around. It took almost 2 hrs to recieve service. They didn't check my lights nor do the inspection that comes free with out asking. But they were friendly, and I got the discounts. So, I would recommend them for service. Just beforewarned.

My favorite place to get an oil change! I’m female presenting, so getting car work done is always kinda stressful because well iykyk. Everyone was so hyped and it was a fun experience! Super nice people, and I’ll be back for my next one :)

This is a great place for a quick, but thorough oil change and, filter, fluid and light check. Everyone was super friendly, and they typically have coupons on their site which you can show them via their phone. Here's where this visit was extra special, in the three years I've had this car, no one including the Ford dealer has been able to find the cabin air filter, BUT assistant manager Patrick did! My cabin air filter was tucked behind the console on the passenger side. When he removed it, it was literally black from five years of grime. Woohoo Patrick and team! Looking forward to better air quality in my car. Thanks for your service. Will definitely be back!
