I just wish this power company would run like a normal business. Closed all day on Friday? What is this about? Can't make a payment for 4 days till the following Monday......Wow. Not good at all.

This company baffles me. I don’t know how the owner can sleep at night. You will be taken advantage of by this company, but there’s no other company to go to so you’re stuck. Pay your bill or your service will be cut off WITH NO NOTICE. Also the only way to get it back on is to pay the full balance and they still charge you a “re-connection fee.”

Lakeview Light and Power has been our power company for many many years and have always been helpful and courteous. I can't understand what everyone is complaining about in these reviews. I'll give them a 5 star rating any day!

The use of an out of State call center concerning my private account with a privately owned utility company Lakeview Light and Power is disturbing. Because the out of State call center will tell you, the swear that they are in Lakewood. Giving the address and I was also told, " next to St. Cloud Hospital". I record all my business call especially when it will also be someone else fault it's there word against the customer...The monthly fee is outrageous....
