When you drive in, pull up on to the scales on the right. Be careful, because there’s only one ramp inbound and outbound. People coming out have the right of way. They’ll weigh your vehicle and wave you forward. There will be a bunch of dumpsters on the left. You just park by them and throw everything in there. Then drive back around to the ramp again. They’ll weigh you, and you pay for the weight you dropped off. It’s $40 per ton, prorated if you had less than that. The most I’ve ever paid was $7.40 for a van full of garbage. Usually it’s less if I only have a few things. Maybe $2-$5.
