For the last 5 pickups, I never received a phone call or text letting me know my order was ready. Reporting this to them each time, they vowed to correct it. They have not. In addition, I often go to pick up, and only part of my order is …We are so very sorry for the miscommunications with our store. We are working with our 3rd party vendor to get the text service fixed, but the breakdown has been with Verizon and Sprint. We hope to have this resolved soon. Thank you for your patience with us and continuing to choose us!
