The room had a pretty strong odor as soon as we walked in, the carpet definitely needs replaced. The room was decent but a little surprised that there were no refrigerators in the rooms. We had asked for the room to be serviced (as it was offered during check in),daily during our stay and and did not receive this at all. We ran out of towels and wash cloths, trash was full with no place to empty it. The best part of the room was the view. We did enjoy the bar/restaurant and the breakfast. Just a little disappointed in the lack of service.

This is a lovely hotel, our room overlooked the marina. Everything here is spot on, the staff are all so helpful and friendly, the pool area was clean with chairs and loungers, breakfast is very good and the bar area and deck are also very good. The hotel has a large car park with free parking and it is a short walk in to town. All in all an excellent place to stay. There is some work being done to the interior of the hotel but it did not detract from our stay.

The restaurant here is incredible! Food is great and there is a good variety of options for a hotel restaurant. Steak was cooked to order and came with more than enough of a side. Service was great and the manager with blonde hair did an excellent job of taking care of me. I personally work for Hilton and of all I’ve been to as a guest this one was one of the most impressive I’ve been to! Would strongly recommend.

Positive: Location was perfect! Within walking distance to all of the shops & restaurants downtown. Beautiful view of the marina from the private balcony. Staff was very welcoming and positive. Bed was comfortable and good channels on the tv. Breakfast was great. Negative: The hotel needs some upgrades. The furniture is a bit outdated and the bathroom fixtures were older & had some rust. The balcony door was difficult to open. For the price, a small fridge/microwave would have been nice.
