We had a wood fence installed on both sides and front of our home. Chain link was going along the back...so we still see the woods but our german shepherd and grandkids are contained safely in our back yard. The fencing is NOT even across the top yet there are spaces under the fence large enough for our 100 lb german shepherd to slide out of. The gate lock is on the outside instead of inside. The wood is the roughest poorest quality I have EVER seen. I could go on and on. I have 19 different items I am not satisfied with. Needless to say the time has come to hire our attorney to handle this for us. We have called lowes and they apologize...but nothing is done. The installers do not return calls and unless we call lowes they don't return our calls.

I went into this store to purchase patio furniture. After browsing for about 30 minutes I came to a decision on what I liked the most and I went to the customer service desk and requested help. I then stood around for an additional 20 minutes waiting for somebody to come help me, no one came. I put the seat cushions to the chairs I was looking to buy back on the shelves and proceeded to the checkout to purchase the 3 items that I had in my shopping cart. At the register I expressed to the cashier that I had been interested in purchasing patio furniture but nobody came after I requested help from customer service and their response was I'm not surprised. So instead of taking the initiative to get me somebody to help me with these items they just rang me up and and caused the store to lose out on an almost $800 purchase. I'm so glad I wasted my time in their store. Way to go team!

I can remember a time when Lowe’s home-improvement stores first opened its doors at the Queensberry New York location. The staff at the location was very courteous. The department employees were very knowledgeable of their department. The customer service counter always had a smile on your face and we’re very happy to help you. So much is changed over the years at the store. Our company stopped being a customer at Lowe’s about five years ago. Last year we decided to give them another try., The department employee that works in electrical, his name is Mike, he is very helpful and knowledgeable. He is the sole reason that we come into the store again. I just found only one other employee that works at the store to be cheerful and helpful. Her name is LAURIE, she works at the register in contractor sales. I find that most of the staff members that are employed at this location are very rude and Do not know what they were talking about when asked the question. I find that the customer service counter employees are the rudest customer service people that I’ve ever come across in my life. Maybe Lowe’s corporation should spend a little time in the store training the staff and asking the question if they like their job or not. If you hate your job as much as some of the employees do there are other companies to go to Work at. If you are expecting good customer service, the electrical department and the cash register in contractor sales is your only option at the store.

I only got black mulch, not sure about rubber?
As long as you have the receipt there should be no worries
They sell generators
Call Lowe's or go back and talk to the actual cashier that told you that.
You have to call specific location and ask
No they won't. Bring a utility knife and yard stick with you and do it yourself outside. Sorry.
