I lived here for 4 months, and I loved it. I have been to 3 other nursing homes, and they were not as good. The staff here was very polite, the building is clean, all new renovations.. the staff is very professional. I love this place. When I get my hip replacement next year I will just come back to this place! Highly recommend.. Thank you so much everyone .

My mom really had a great experience at this facility. She felt very comfortable and has great things to say about the staff.Really nice place, staff is really nice, facility is always clean and smells good. My family member feels at home she loves the staff! She enjoys everyday activities! Would highly recommend this facility for your loved one.

after working in this facility i can tell you first hand, the treatment of staff and elders in this nursing home is deplorable. The management is just doing what they are told by the heads of the company. but that is exactly what this place is treated as a company. The Centers cuts corners any chance it can get, Paper pads that soak through instead of quality cloth ones for the elders who have continence issues, is just one thing to list. If you have a loved one, PLEASE dont send them to any Centers Building. Take the time to do your research, The Pines of Glens Falls in an excellent facility, as well as any of the Home of the Good Shepard facilities. Dont give these people any of your money they are only focused on that and not the care of your loved ones.
