Walk in apt was available after phone call. My ATF/NFA items were engraved exactly how I wanted and I was able to sit and wait for all three item to be engraved. The engravings turned out great and the price was half the cost as the competitors quote ! ATF/NFA items Titanium and stainless steel. Strongly recommend !!

Dan is absolutely fabulous! Yesterday, I emailed him a picture and design of my son’s Jeep. This morning, he took the time to edit the design to include all my ideas, while I was standing right next to him! He really paid attention to detail to make the Jeep look like my son’s Jeep. He was very patient with me and didn’t make me feel like I was asking too much. I told him that it was hard to envision the design on a Yeti tumbler because the color would be etched away revealing the stainless steel, so Dan went the extra mile and showed me how this design will exactly look like on a powder coated Yeti tumbler! I was very happy. Then he said it would be ready this afternoon! Thank you so much Dan! I very much appreciate your customer service!!!

I asked Dan to laser engrave a part on my Harley Davidson. The finished product exceeded my expectations and the turnaround time was very short. The price was suprisingly reasonable. I highly recommend !!!!!!
