Sunday 12/26/2021 the day after Christmas chef Gene and his assistant (I am sorry but I do not recall her name) catered Publix Aprons for my family and It. Was. Fantastic! This is the second time Aprons has catered for my family and both experiences have been superb. They are courteous, informative, and put out some amazing food! All of it was great, but I will say the mushroom souffle, winter salad with beets, and creme bruleé were definitely some of my favorites. Big thank you to Chef Gene and his assistant for such a wonderful culinary experience!
