I felt like a out cast… people where staring me down like I didn’t deserve or couldn’t afford the bike I was on. Trail was entry…level found some massive steps to jump after the trail tho. Lol sorry to the people getting married taking pictures while I was jumping the stairs in the background. Those people were very nice lol

Always a fun time on the trails and options for all levels. Beginners stick to Toy Box with more experienced riders gravitating to Hookman (longest at ~2 miles) and the fabulously updated flows of Flume Zoom, Wabash, and Delta Demon. Rocky Top and Humdinger definitely have some challenges, but rideable by most levels.

I don't think so. They have horse trails though.
Volunteer to clean up any trash and trim bushes along trails and at the trail heads.
It's just a path through the woods and nobody's there to enforce the law. That said, safety first dude!
They only close them when conditions warrant, for wet conditions mostly. They are open otherwise.
Worth it. They don't have bike washing station though
The Mossy Ridge Trail is great running trail ... lot of people run it everyday. Also next door is Edwin Warner Park which the road can be ran on also.
I am pretty sure that there's a sign saying bikes only, which means no running. With the speed of better riders it would be extremely dangerous to run on the single trails. The good thing is that there are plenty other trails dedicated for hiking and running. Cumberland Transit and other nearby bike stores have demo bikes to take onto the trails.
