I was a new patient without dental insurance and paying cash. I needed three appointments around $1000 each time ($3000 total). They asked for the first payment before they would start the work. I thought you paid after services were rendered. I don’t look like a person off the street but I couldn’t help but feel as if they thought I was. In fact, my previous dentist gave me the total amount expected and i paid after ALL work was done. I don’t know if they had people skip out on them but I’m a very responsible person. I had to come back two more times to complete my dental work and it would’ve been difficult and probably more costly if I had to go to different places instead of sticking with them. Aside from that, the dentist and his assistants were great!

I am so thankful that I found Comfort Dental. I called and got an appointment the next day. I had an extraction and dental implant performed the same day. I was taken care of tremendously. The doctors and ladies on staff made me feel at ease. I trust them so much! I’m happy to say that I will continue to go back.

Recently moved to Tacoma and had to find a new dental office. The entire crew and Dr. May are so professional at Comfort Dental North Lakewood and all so nice! I broke a tooth and was able to get an appointment very quickly. Tooth examined, full exam, hygienist, crown prep and temp crown put in…all in one day! I just got my permanent crown put in. The fit and color is perfect! They do amazing work and my time was not wasted sitting in the lobby waiting area!
