Each time we travel down to Columbus one of our favorite stops is Lush at Easton. Gray is amazing and everyone we talk to always exceeds our expectations. Gray goes out of her way to help find hair products for our daughter and is always so sweet. Words cannot express how grateful I am for her kindness. She is always so happy. If you go there you will not be disappointed!!

Having sensitive skin is a challenge, but after discovering Lush and all its fantastic products, finding what I need has become much more manageable. Until yesterday, I've always had such pleasant shopping experiences at Lush. However, while shopping around yesterday, I was hounded by Gray, a store representative. A lady with green hair was doing a great job helping me find the desired moisturizer. Still, Gray found an unnecessary need to interject her perspective and commentary rudely when she said something. Adding to that, I noticed a product was larger than usual. Wanting to see if the container was full, I started to open the product when Gray said, "Please use a tester versus opening the item." I shared, "I didn't like the feeling of being hounded, I was more than aware of using testing products, and I wasn't using the product; I was simply looking. And, why are you watching my every move? You have other customers, so don't hound me." She shared additional tidbits, and I did as well. I looked up customer service complaints at Lush and saw quite a few situations shared; they also probably had negative experiences with a similar representative(s). This seems to be an area that needs work, and you may want to start with Gray. Also, if you profiled me because of my race, you caused me to question the training given, and some internal work is needed on your end. You are entitled to your perspective and opinions, as am I, but when you're working, you represent a company and your brand, so keep that in mind for the future.

Yes, I drove by the new location next to the Gap located at 3988 Easton Station and it appeared to be open.
