After I had an accident on I95 (427pm) and being stranded by Enterprise's road side assistance for 8 hrs. in Emporia VA. Just to end up in Richmond in a hotel(1230am) due to the airport branch being closed. I contacted this branch by accident and was blessed to speak to the branch manager Joseph berry. He not only tried 3 times to reach the Airport branch without success he went ahead and sent a Van(Mr. Jackson)not only to come get me but he got me squared away and back on the road. His entire staff worked flawlessly ending my ordeal of 18hrs.

I made a reservation and was in and out with the rental in about 20 minutes. I got exactly what I reserved, it was clean and had all the amenities! The van that I rented seated everyone comfortably. It was fairly new so there weren't any problems with the drive. I wish I would have rented it for a few more days... the van was so nice that I'm thinking about purchasing one myself. The staff was very friendly and moved very swiftly to get me in and out and on with what I had plan. That was a great change of place because the last vehicle that I rented from this location was not the vehicle that I reserved or signed for. The staff last time gave me the keys to the wrong vehicle and then locked the doors and went on home. I said the last time that it would be my last time renting a car from this particular location and I'm glad that I changed my mind! Thank you to all of the people who were working that particular Sunday and Monday around noon! Also, the young lady who I turned my keys into on Monday informed me that you all have a sales division... I had no idea. I will be looking into that as well!

I will admit that I was having a hard time when I got to Enterprise. I was trying to get home after hearing about an unexpected death in my family. I canceled the car rental after learning that there would be a $400 hold on my credit card. I've had a hold on a credit card but it wasn't $400. As I said, it was a last minute situation. I couldn't afford it. The girl then went back into the store and I continued to wait outside for an Uber. She came back outside rolling her neck and speaking in a disrespectful tone. Even though she asked if I needed a ride the attitude was clear. Perfect example of passive aggressive. I just said, "No thank you". She chuckled sarcastically and went back inside. So I said all of this to make the following point...you got a 51 year old retired woman with something to lose this time. The next person may be the complete opposite. Many people these days don't have anything to live for. They don't care about consequences. You on the other hand should.
