I come here constantly as a customer despite working at another store and every time I come here is a bad experience and it’s purely because of some of the workers. Some of the rudest people I have met in the service industry. We would never be allowed to treat people they way some of their workers do. Arguing with customers, talking about customers rudely right in front of them, purposely ignoring phone calls. Honestly the list could go on but the point is I wouldn’t even waste my time coming here.

I went to this location this morning and they were pretty busy with the before work rush. However when I got to the check out the cashier Cassandra was super friendly and had small talk to make you not feel just like someone else getting rung up. She kept the line moving quickly and did it with a smile being nice to everyone I heard/saw before me.

No coffee most of the time. Check is a very long process. I will never go here again. And I feel a lot different about Wawa now.
