Worst experience. They take too long made us wait 6 hour to get tested and not to mention they give out false Covid test results. I went to get a Covid test two days ago it came out negative only to find out that I’m actually positive. They barely swab your nose and they walk around with the swab all out in the open instead of placing it in the tube right after swabbing. When one of the nurses swabbed she was like “f**k that” and giggled and only swabbed one nostril and barely put it in my nose.

**** PLEASE TAKE NOTE** Dont even bother coming here. Doctor will make any excuse to NOT see you. This was a very urgent matter related to cancer and he did not wanted to see me. They don't even have proper equipment for testing. Why is this considered urgent care if you can't even meet the patients needs. Extremely devastating.

I am so lucky I found this Urgent Care in Panorama City that accepts MediCal insurance. They are my go-to place for minor issues because they already accommodated me way too many times before and provided an exceptional service every single time. All the staff are nice and they strictly observe social distancing. Although there may be some wait time, when you are brought in to be seen, all their attention is on you and they will make sure that you are well taken care of.
