Staffs very nice, the only thing I don't like is the new machines here. they take longer than it just takes me to walk up and get my business sorted. Its annoying. very, extremely annoying. because half the time, a teller has to come by and review whatever im doing on there. which wastes my time. It seems like im doing their work, and its taking me longer.

Worst customer service I had in a bank, after cashing 2 previous checks under my name teller Liz said she could not cash my check, initially since she started to serve me, had bad feeling about her negativeness. This people dont realize that they have work because US customers. Oh my God, what bad service this people have, makes me throw up😡😡

The worst union bank branch, very rude tellers and specially the branch manager "Ribsima" horrible service, she needs to work on her people skills. Never doing business her again.
