I waited 2 months for an appointment then a day before my appointment the office called me and said they had to reschedule me. The next available appointment was another month and a half away. I took that appointment and asked to be on the cancellation list. Now, they just told me as of February 1st, they will no longer accept my insurance. I asked them since they cancelled my appointment if they can squeeze me in anytime the following week while they still accept my insurance and they basically said, no sorry we are booked. For someone that has had skin cancer 3 times and just want a spot checked out, I shouldn’t have to wait 3 months then say sorry can’t do it now. So dissatisfied!!!!!

I should have known this place was not a good match from the first visit. I came in from a referral, gave my insurance etc usual protocol. They call me a day later to cancel and send me a bill saying oh we accepted your insurance yesterday, but today we don’t. Whaaat?! I do not recommend Dr. Sam Troung or the aesthetician Tracy. They provide subpar services at a premium price, so bare minimum, and are not open to working with their patients. They maintain a real “my way or the highway” kind of attitude. I tried to go on acutane through this office, and they have made the entire process extremely difficult. The front desk is incompetent and unorganized. Everyone blames everything on each other. This all collectively makes for an unpleasant experience. The breaking point for me is when Dr. Troung started me on acutane. Had me poison my body, did no initial labs. Then 2 months to by and I complain of a sensitive stomach so he tells me he’s going to stop my cycle until I get labs done. Now you would think it was his idea for the lab work. Wrong! It was my idea then he ran with it. In what scientific process does a person not get initial blood labs drawn to get a starting base, then 2 months later get labs? You’re obviously not going to get true results because you didn’t take the proper steps. Not only did he take me off of acutane, but when I asked him what other options I had he basically was like there’s nothing I can do for you. That is not true, what he should have said is that there is nothing THAT I CAN DO. This is very concerning for a substance such acutane, I would not risk yourself here. There are better dermatology centers out there.

I have never experienced any of the rudeness so many of these reviews describe. I've never had trouble getting an appointment. As a matter of fact, last Thursday I called at 11:08 am and Dr. Tang saw me at 6:15 pm that same day. The most I've ever waited, once arrived, was twenty minutes. Dr. Tang does take her time with each patient and I appreciate that. You can feel Dr. Tang's passion for what she does. She has recommended products and I have yet to be disappointed with the results. The Collagen powder has been a life-changer for me. I'm 59 years old and people think I'm in my forties, thanks to Dr. Tang I recommend Dr. Tang all the time and no one has had anything negative to say about their experience. Unprofessional, sloppy, and rude. They screwed up my blood test paperwork 3/6 times, and the nurses are condescending when you ask questions. I had to go 5 days without my daily medication because they would never answer my voicemails or confirm my prescription with the pharmacy. When I brought this up, they tried to shift the blame on me.
