Unlike the day before where I only had 1 order. Today they got my order right for My Dad and I. Excellent Customer Service. I purchased my food thru the Drive-thru moved fast and with correct and excellent service.

Highly processed grub at reasonable prices. Tacos are a trip for a burger joint. The staff was good. I enjoyed the value burger.

The Staff are too young to know anything about respect or professionalism. And the management is no better. When you have an issue the pretend not to understand you. Not really a fan of this locations jack in the box.

I arrived afternoon. Long line was ok. Finally arrived at speaker. Was confronted with a female employee taking my order that was on such a hurry that I didn't order all my items.

When i got to the window, I ask for the manager. She said they are on a timer and that why the previous employee was rushing my order.

This Jack in the Box takes EBT but some don't. Those are the ones that are franchises. The Jack in the Box near Laurel Canyon on Van Nuys Blvd in Pacoima does not take EBT. That surprised me, it's the closest store to where I live
