The customer service is maybe 5 or 10 when they're working drive-thru they seem to ignore the people that walk in the side it took them at least 4 minutes to even acknowledge I was there but the food was delicious and once I had their attention everything was smooth it was just an initial interaction that I was not pleased with.

Employee named Herlinda was very rude, no customer service personality, fries were bagged in the bottom of the bag and were raw. One napkin was so greasy, one napkin given. Employee Herlinda was the rudest employee , when we got to the front counter, none of them even acknowledge us, they were just ignoring us, they were wearing their masks on their chins while preparing the orders. Mind you, last visit we had there, they didn’t have napkins so they had a brown roll of paper towels, so today they had it again on the counter and I figured they’re out of napkins again so I started tearing since we had one greasy napkin in the bottom of the bag where the raw fries were, and rude Herlinda snatched off the roll of paper towels rudely from my hand, I said “excuse me” and she just walked away, I thanked her sarcastically and I told her thank you for you being friendly. It was bad. The other 2 customers waiting were shaking their heads the way Herlinda acted so rudely. You can tell she hates her job with her facial expression and the way she treated customers. So very rude. She needs to learn how to treat customers or she needs to get fired .

Tacos were del taco, didn't expect much, but the benches and widow sill are filthy. To- go for sure. 3 star for price 2 for cleanliness

The 2 cars ahead us took a long time for them to order! Other than that the service was good and my dinner was warm and tasty. I just don't like lettuce in my burrito 😒
