I rent vehicles pretty frequently for work and this is my go-to location. Staff is great and Jerome always goes above and beyond to find me something. Highly recommend.

The Enterprise Rent-A-Car on 207 E Main St. provided me with excellent service during a demanding situation. As my car was being serviced, I needed a rental car to travel out of town for work the next morning. I arrived at this specific location one hour before closing with no reservation made and a lobby full of other customers who had gotten there prior to me. Regardless of scenario, Jerome, Leevonta, and the entire staff ensured I left with a rental car that day and they even stayed an hour and and a half after closing to do so. The entire process was effortless and I even received a small discount for my patience which went long way with me. If you are in the Richmond, VA area and are in need of a rental car I advise you rent though the Enterprise Rent-A-Car on 207 E Main St. Ask for Jerome!

I always go to the Enterprise on S Laburnum but they were out of cars. I needed a car last minute to attend an outing out of town where my brother was proposing to his girlfriend. I then found this Enterprise on E Main. Not only did they have cars but they were only 5 mins from my apartment. Then the customer service I received from Lee was superb. He was very thorough and he was very informative. I really appreciated him. I will now go to E Main from now on. Thank you Lee.

The company as a whole I had a few qualms about, but I understand that there is a massive demand for rentals right now, which leaves us all lying in wait. I do want to shout out Kenny specifically though. Him and Tony at the Main St. locations were great. Kenny went above and beyond as much as he possibly could to help me with all the issues that arose- rental's alternator died, had to wait 5 days for another rental etc. He was fantastic and we sincerely thank him for making this experience much better. Also, I believe his name is Jack- down at the airport location. I had to ride down there with a tow truck driver when my rental's alternator died. Jack was incredible and really wanted to help get me in a vehicle to drive back the 40 miles to my house on the night of Valentine's day after I had to call out of work that day due to the alternator. It was a rough time. They weren't able to help me and I had to ride back with the tow truck driver, but I appreciate him trying to help, which it was obvious he tried everything he could. It means a lot when you can literally see/tell that the employee cares what you're going through. Thanks to all 3 employees who tried to help. And again especially Kenny who made things happen for us!

Yes just find a location near the train station. Usually they have a 5 mile radius.
They always have cars available. The price may vary from size. If you rent an Econo they may sometimes bump it up for you.
Yes you can. If you are not sold about leaving the key in the dropbox, you can park the car in the lot and bring the key on the opening hours of Monday morning.
Absolutely. Call Enterprise for full details.
