Their General " receptionist' always answers the main line..transfered me to department..sometimes a very busy department i e., Electronics..takes a while before answering phone..but I understand with the Pandemic they have fewer employee's..

Try downloading the Wal-Mart site, been helpful to me. You can have it shipped to your home or almost and Wal-Mart store. I'm having a fan shipped to walmarket grocery store...
