I had my eyebrows done yesterday with the wax, and it is burning until now Never recommended

I had a SNS manicure here and I felt as though it was rushed. I made an appointment for a mani/pedi and was taken right away but then I sat with my feet in the water for 20 minutes. She kept cutting my skin during the pedicure because she was rushing. And then after she sat me down for my nails to dry and I sat there for 15 minutes before I said something about my manicure and then they acted like I never asked for one. So then they rushed me to the manicure chair and did a very bad job and filed my skin. After I left I looked at my manicure and I wasn’t pleased at all with how it turned out so I went back not even 10 minutes later to get it fixed, and was told to sit and wait for them to fix it. After waiting 15 minutes the lady proceeded to cover my sns with gel polish to cover the mistakes. I was not pleased with the service at all.

Absolute favorite nail salon. Very creative and willing to try any shape style or design. Got my Brazilian wax here as well.

I went for manicure, pedicure and eye brow waxing. Mani and pedi was great but eye brow waxing was terrible. She did it wrong and tried to camouflage her mistake with eyebrow liner. I observed that she was trying to take more customers at the same time (with or without appointment). If you are an employee or owner of beauty/spa salon you can not provide a good service and quality of job if you are in a hurry to get the more customer possible. Now I have to wait that my eyebrow hair grows to fix the mistake.
