I ordered my food, waited for 40 mins, and got nothing! When I asked the manager for an update, he took my name and still proceeded to fix other orders. After 50 mins, I went to get a refund and left. Worst experience ever!

Giving two stars because the order was corrected. I ordered boneless wings and got bone in. I waited over 20 minutes for my order. When I got to my car I noticed my order wasn’t right. I went back in to ask for a refund because I was already annoyed with the time I had waited. The manager Corey came out and fixed my order for me without hesitation. I could hear the girl who took my order in the back saying she asked for bone in wings. I always get bones less wings where ever I go so I know I didn’t order bone in. She didn’t even apologize. So I want to thank Corey for his quick action in resolving my issue but again. Waited over 20 mins just for my order to be wrong and the cashier to have an attitude about it. Other than that the corn was great.

This is one of the worst Wingstop in the RVA area. The manager was rude and didn’t have any understanding of what happen. Food was burnt and cold when i received it . DO NOT GET YOUR FOOD HERE. Horrible

I normally order wings from America's Best but their price are to high. So I decided if I'm going to pay those price to I might as well give my money to wing stop.....Omgness this was the absolute WORST wing I've ever had at wing stop. There were 3 employees at Wing Stop in White Oak Mall in Virginia and I was the only customer so why was my fries cold and wings undercooked and warm. I am very disappointed 😞
