A Target Cart

I was very impressed by this IHOP. The waitress was extremely friendly and our food came quickly. She let us take our time when we were waiting on somebody else to arrive and eat with us. Would recommend!

I wish there was a way to give this location zero stars. I went there with my sister yesterday and we were greeted and asked to wait 20 minutes. From the window we could clearly see there were numerous empty tables but nonetheless we sat down next to a very kind family who was asked to sit right before we were. I got busy with my daughter but the family next to us noticed families were walking in and being directed to the back to be seated. We thought the first was a fluke but then noticed another 2 families being ushered back. We obviously became upset because 40 minutes had passed at this point. When we asked for the manager, a very arrogant man came out. He tried to speak down to me and show me the list to show me there are names ahead of mine. I told them we were the only two families in the lobby when we arrived so there must be an error or the list must not be updated. He told me the families they sat ahead of us had been there earlier and were waiting for their tables outside. I told him I literally watched them get out of their cars?? He started laughing when we were all clearly upset — I don’t know where he acquired his managerial skills but he really failed at managing the situation. He could’ve just apologized and told us he would take us back shortly but instead he laughed in our face and made the situation worse.

During our visit it was empty. Maybe 1 or 2 families sitting down and my family along with 2 others walked in at the same time. Shortly after walking in we were taken care of! The manager needs a raise. She was the only one serving, cooking, everything. She did amazing! She was very kind and patient. She cooked everything well, my son loved the pancake she made him! I couldn't imagine how hard being the only one serving, cooking, and everything else but she did not seem phased. She really needs a raise, it's hard to find people willing to do so much. Treat her right!

Ok, so the food was great and tasted as delicious as you would want it to. However, my only complaint is they seemed to be understaffed during our visit. Granted, it was “Black Friday” but I feel the food service and industry should anticipate the rush. Anyway, good food but service is a bit lacking at the moment:
