This is by far the worst delivery order I have ever gotten! This is absolutely ridiculous for the amount of money I paid to have a nice dinner. I didn’t get all the food I ordered and the portions looked like something someone would throw away in the garbage. This is unacceptable especially when we eat here a lot, normally inside but it shouldn’t matter we should have the same experience. Also, when called to speak to a manager I was told there isn’t any available I’d have to call back tomorrow! Are you kidding me!?!

LITERALLY the best Fridays location in Richmond. I had amazing service.They are very attentive. The manager Mr. Darren was super kind. He told me I could call him D lol and I appreciated him making sure my mom had a great lunch. The bartender Petrice made me a strawberry henny to die for!!! And she made it super quick. I will be back. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Went here last night and I ordered the bucket of bones meal which was 1/2 slab of ribs and about 12 wings. I also ordered the ultimate berry mojito which was really good. And the service was good as well. The overall restaurant was clean and quiet.

I have not been to the TGI Friday's on Laburnum Ave in Richmond, VA in years. Nothing has changed. I only went there a week or two ago because my friends wanted go. I will not go back. Every time I go there are nets flying around. I don't understand having nets in the winter time. It was not just one but three nets. The first time it happen o me years ago I left before I ordered my food. When i went a couple of weeks ago the nets did not come around until my friends and I were in the middle of our meal. The owner needs to invest in a good company that can provide pest control and a professional cleaning crew. I wonder are the nets living in the vents. I like Friday's but I just cannot patronize the Friday's on Laburnum Avenue any more. It is a shame because it is in a location near me and the employees are very nice.
