A new enameled cast iron tub was successfully moved up three flights of stairs and installed in our small bathroom in one day. We will gladly give Fernando and John of Hunts our recommendation. The techs were professional, thoughtful, considerate, and collaborative in solving for the best outcome. The Hunt's Organization communicated well throughout. We contacted Hunt's at the recommendation of our neighbor. We called to coordinate a quote and they were very responsive. The initial visit cost $99.00, we were advised, but if they could do the work that day the fee would be discounted from our total. Hunt's sent me a reminder text the day before confirming our appointment and then again the morning of our appointment. We waited all day and finally received an advisory text. No techs are available today, if you do not have an emergency situation please call to reschedule and your initial fee will be discounted by $35.00. We rescheduled for later that same week. Fernando came out reviewed our job, gave us a quote to remove an old tub and surround, install the new enameled cast iron tub, and replumb the fixtures for the new tub/shower fixtures we purchased elsewhere. We were charged for the visit less the $35.00 discount. We negotiated the price a bit lower as we would remove the old tub surround ourselves (and Fernando would haul it away). We agreed to the amended bid and paid 1/2 to secure the appointment. On the day of the job Fernando and his apprentice arrived as expected. After looking at the tub and where it had to go, they asked if we would be okay with it if they could not do the job. We were surprised. (They were, reasonably, intimidated by the task of moving a 310# 30x60 tub up three flights of stairs). After a brief strategy consultation we all pitched in to make it happen. Knowing that we were amenable to strategizing, Fernando and John applied all of their expertise to our job engaging us as needed to get our tub into place. The job took all day, but everyone was fully satisfied with the results. Thanks Hunts.

I was very pleased with Hunt's Services company and with Austin. I had phoned and made an appointment they actually called me and said they had a cancellation and could come out and take care of my issue sooner. Austin was professional knew what was going on to the very efficient and wonderful job. I will definitely use this company again as they also do air conditioning service also. I will be having them do the maintenance on my systems. They were very fair price and I received amazing service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐❤️

I was having issues with my 30-year old furnace and called Hunt's to do a service. The person on the phone let me know about their service club, which was a great deal, so I gladly signed up. When the repair person came out, he was respectful, clearly demonstrated what the issue was when he found it, even helping me find the crack he'd found myself. His name was Casey, and since my furnace was unsafe to use, he fast-tracked getting a crew out to go over my options and install a new system. The next day, Joe came to go over my options. I expected a pushy, less knowledgeable salesperson, but he was kind, patient, and knew every technical detail of both the systems I was considering and the financing options I needed. I felt very confident in the choices I made because Joe gave me plenty of time and thorough information. Hunt's made sure to have a crew out to install our new HVAC system promptly the next morning. They were working both inside and outside the house all day and into the evening. At all times Cecil, Bryan, and Ed were professional, respectful to both me and my kids, and focused on doing a high-quality job. They asked me for my preferences on where I would like new pipes to go, and did a beautiful job of meeting my main request of having everything neatly parallel. They packed out everything they brought in as well as the trash of the old furnace and pipes. I highly recommend this company. Every employee I have interacted with has been intelligent, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and skilled.

I can not say enough good things about Hunt's Services! After the last "atmospheric river" of storms hit Seattle, the crawl space of our home flooded. The sump pump that was installed long before we owned the home failed. I called Hunt's Services on a Sunday, they had someone out on Monday, and a new basin and pump were installed by Tues. The price was very fair (the crawl space is tight and an adequate pump basin needed to be dug). The technician, Austin, was phenomenal. He explained the situation and options, provided an accurate time estimate, and got the job done. I can honestly say this is the best experience I've had with any home repair service since I've lived in western WA. I highly recommend Hunt's Services!
