I ordered food at 9pm did not get it till 1130 because I finally went to the store. The food that I was handed was the food that has been sitting there since 9pm cold cold cold. This place is good until the kids take over then product and service goes to the wayside and don’t recommend.

I can be a difficult customer to please some say however what ever happened to the customer is always right? And why is it so difficult for establishments to cook to order when asked? They argued with me over me wanting my chicken cooked two full cycles not just well done. Said it would be burnt if they did it and I said that's exactly the way I want it....burnt. other people consider my kind of well done to be burnt then so be it but don't give me a hard time for expressing what I like when I'm paying for the damn service.

Used the drive thru and it wasn't a very long line. They had a sign at the speaker that said card or exact change only. I didn't have exact change and my card was empty. I was a dollar 15 short for exact change. I told the person at the window they could keep what is left because I didn't exact change. She came back with change for me! So nice! The fries were not full (see pic - hadn't touched them yet) and the chicken club was really messy, but tasted great. The $5 Box was well worth it! Choice of one of 3 sandwiches, fries, nuggets and drink. The inside of the restaurant is pretty nice for a chain burger joint. Outdoor seating is available, too. 👍🏼🌟🍔🌟🍟🌟💜

All due respect, but attempting to read this gave me a headache. I suggest you speak with a manager if you're that inclined, the drive throughs are always under surveillance and they could verify your order to correct it if needed.
