They need to talk to corporate about how the phone app orders work (for an ASAP selected order)...the app says just pull through the drive thru and let them know your name. The workers are clueless and say they don't have the order or it's going to be a long time...so go park in the lot after waiting through the drive thru line. Don't offer a service if you're not prepared to provide it in the manner advertised (by corporate).

Stopped for a quick lunch, food was decent... Better than most other fast food places. Staff was friendly and the atmosphere was nice. Only reason for 4 stars is the cost. Spending $22 for a couple burgers and fries is not ok.

Tried their new hand breaded chicken sandwich with bacon, lettuce, tomato and swiss. This one is good in the chicken sandwich wars. It literally tastes like Chick-fil-A and Wendy's combined in to one sandwich. It's better than Wendy's, and in some respect might be better than Chick-fil-A. But not better than their spicy chicken sandwich. As far as the order of what I find to be the best sandwich from a fast food place, this would be 3rd Street Popeye's and Chick-fil-A. Now, locally, there are lots of places that make better chicken sandwiches and burgers that are restaurants or bars such as Odin Brewing, but that's another review altogether.

*revised* Your staff at this location had some broken equipment. That's fine, things break. What was NOT fine was that when the staff didnt have their headsets on therefore choosing to ignore the customers at their drive through during your business hours. The only way I was able to get someone's attention was when I waited at the window. I was also told that the restaurant was, "kinda closed". Even though the other half of the menu was able to be ordered from. When I did order from the part of the menu that was availible. I requested that it be, "low carb". What I was given was NOT low carb. Just because your charbroil unit is broken doesnt prevent the staff listening to the customers necessary requests.

Employees wear masks and gloves the restrooms are closed in the inside is just to pick up orders and not to use the tables
