TO UPDATE: I have contacted Jack in the box customer service online and they have not reached out to me! SAVE YOUR MONEY!! I just got ripped off big time!! DO NOT GO HERE. I repeat do not!! My items that were suppose to be warm tasted like yesterdays left overs. My milk shake was like warm milk. VERY DISGUSTING!!! Do not go here!!

I came to this Jack in the box to order a milkshake online it says the lobby is open however when I arrive the lobby is closed they won't allow me to order online they will not allow me to order through the drive-thru since I'm not in a vehicle so I wasn't able to spend my money at this Jack in The box and I'm quite frustrated. I mean what kind of business refuses your money I don't understand. If it wasn't for the chocolate milkshakes every Jack in the box would lose my business at this point but seeing as I can't live without them I will not be coming to this particular establishment ever again and I hope this review helps other people know that this place really doesn't want your money they probably just don't want to work.

First when I got my jack in the box the smell of the jib smelled so delicious and before I pulled it outta the wrapper I just about came in my pants,which I might add came off just shortly afterwards....anyways the jib was tasty.

Only show in town late night but handled the extra long 2am lime well. Good service. Good was as advertised but like most places in Yelm,WA, way overpriced. Like they're trying to recover all the money the lost during the pandemic all in 1 month!
