Waited in drive thru for about 25 min with only about 10 cars to then still be sent to continue wait in a parking spot for our food. Wasn't a large order 5 items total. Anytime we come to this location we have some sort of issue either incredibly slow or an incorrect order. In the end took 30+ min to get our food. Food was at good and hot.

OK I'm going to say it. I'm breaking silence. This is the nicest chik fil a I've ever been to. The building is clean, the staff is NICE. I cannot stress this enough, this place is like family. What an amazing team! The employees just seem so understanding and patient. I've been going in for breakfast lately and it's some of the best breakfast you can get

They continuously get my mobile order wrong. It clearly states Grilled nuggets, but for the past 3 orders, they’ve given me crispy or one time, they gave me Mac and cheese! I really don’t know why it’s so hard for them to double check and make sure they put the correct item in the bag, but they obviously don’t, so I give up.

Always a good experience and today didn't disappoint. The lines were long, but moved quickly. They got my order right, but left out my cookies. Went back and got them, no problems. The customer service is always on point, polite, friendly. The APP is easy to use and my food always tastes great!

Honestly I love the service at this CFA. If you have a problem with your order, let them know and they will do their best to make it right. They are currently super short staffed and dealing with all the Covid regulations all while trying to train new hires. They are trying to reduce mistakes and get better as evidenced by the goals written inside above the drive through window. Tl;Dr just nicely ask them to fix your sandwich order and give a little grace. They're working in a pandemic.

I have no idea I get the spicy chicken sandwich Everytime.
To my knowledge there has yet to be such service provided by this or any Chick-fil-A. How'd you say you heard about this? Meaning what search and on what website/app? By the way it's already open and booming in business opened like 2 years ago. There's a drive through, which always is flooded with traffic with usually a kind looking attendant directing the herd fairly effectively. Not to mention there is a play area which, being an adult I unashamedly say I've personally tried, is plenty of fun. There is table service, as per the great service and they will hunt you down to get your order. Great place! 5/5 everyday, any day.
