Almost every time I go any time after midnight they seam to always have an excuse on why they can't take any orders. Even if u did an online order so u have to fight that to get refund. They need a manager there to make sure ppl are working and not just sleeping and don't want to work. Oh and I already put complaint in for this Jake in box.. day crew is awesome most of time always willing to go that extra mile for you.. night crew might be on night crew for that reason they sleeping on Jon they always slow because they don't take orders they will denie it. If the on on military rd can do it then so can this one because the one on military is in a worse place at night then this one .

Every night that I have come, between 12am and 5 am, I am told to come back in 15 minutes as the system is rebooting. Well, I come back, and am told the same thing. Yet when I drive by the window and look at the POS system, it is up and running!!! You also see the staff standing in the front just chatting with each other. They clearly don't want to work, and just eat up the clock and make free money. Night time management obviously allows this because the only time I get service is when the morning manager comes in and takes over. Then they also will sometimes tell you that they are only taking online orders for delivery drivers, so if you go online to order, it will either say not accepting orders, or they will cancel your order right when they get it in the restaurant. Just like the hosmer location, they hire a bunch of kids who don't care about working, and are getting a free ride!!! They are extremely rude when you call them out on it, and will just laugh at you and close the window. Don't bother trying to call anyone cuz they don't answer the phone, and when they do, they act like they don't understand you. These two locations are a complete joke, and a disgrace to the fast food industry.

It's not possible to leave a negative star review otherwise I would. Don't hire a shift lead if they're incapable of making minor managerial decisions. Train your people properly. This is by far the worst store in the district.

Been here twice now at midnight. Both times drive thru was super slow. I was in the drive thru for a total of 25 minutes. I wanted to order tacos and curly fries but could have neither as they were out. So I ordered a #4 jumbo jack CHEESEburger meal instead. No cheese on the burger and didn't look very appetizing either. I won't try this place a third time. Just too slow.

I agree this is one of the worse stores. I love spicy chicken sandwich bit not at this location. I was told it looked that way (like it had sat there all day then, put back in the fryer) because the grease needed changing. I took the food right back to them because i wasn't given a receipt. I was offered another sandwich cooked in the same grease which made no sense.
