My phone was delivered to this store on the 31st. They told me I can't pick it up until they have input it into their actual inventory? Its going on 3 days now and I still can't pick it up even though its just sitting in the store.. It takes multiple days to scan an item? This place is a joke. Please just get me my phone, I am trying to get back to work.

I love T-Mobile! Customer service is hands down the best! My son got me a Samsung watch, the only bummer is they could not connect it to a number I have but not using.

Great customer service…until you get your bill. It seems this location loves to take advantage of new customers and assumes they won’t look at their bill. They “forgot” to add insurance to my plan after I explicitly told them I wanted it and lied to my face. Don’t even get my started on the screen protector. After saying they didn’t have any in their store, they told me to come back in two days. I did and they said they didn’t get around it yet. When I asked if any other store had any they said no. I when you my other local one and they were in full stock. I don’t appreciate being lied to.
