Litterally the biggest scam mart I have ever seen. $8.34 for a load? Seriously. They are Litterally set to rob you and take advantage of every person traveling. Litterally no way to get your money's worth. And bathrooms a re "out of order" and god forbide they have a water fountain.

I have been coming to this laundry mart for over a decade. It used to be very fair priced with friendly staff and the cleanest mat I’ve been to. In the last 3 years or so, it has become a very negative experience every time I come. When I do laundry here, I spend at least $35 every other week. Which doesn’t seem to matter to the employees here when ever I’ve asked for any kind of help. Today is the last time I will be spending my money with this company, the chain smoking older gal with the glasses has the worst attitude and is a large contribution to me not returning. From reading other reviews it seems I’m not the first or last person to have these issues. Bummer.

Huge selection of different size washers. Reasonable prices, super clean, hardly busy, plenty of room, safe location and super easy card system. 10/10 Recommend if you’re looking somewhere to do laundry in the Tacoma area 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I went to this Laundromat today (12/1/'21) because the washers at my apartment complex were out of order. I like that they have the industrial washers and driers. It's a big improvement, the last time I was in a Laundromat was in the late 90's and you would spend 3-4 hours doing your laundry. Today I only spent an (maybe a little more) there. I was able to fit 3 loads worth of clothes into one Washer, and all of my clothes into one Dryer...After that I just folded them up and was out the door.
