Without sharing a long winded backstory, I transferred my dog to Sage in Dublin after dealing with a not-so-helpful veterinary hospital in the Central Valley. She has Addison's disease, but the reason for her hospitalization was pancreatitis and aspiration pneumonia. She had been getting worse while at the other vet, hadn't eaten in almost a week, and couldn't get up or walk on her own. The staff here were extremely kind and caring, listened to all of my concerns (even when they were a little out-there), and gushed over how sweet my dog is. Within 24 hours of transferring my dog, she did a complete 180. They discovered that her potassium was extremely low, and once she started supplements, she was basically back to her old self. When I went to visit her on the second night, the vet on duty teared up at how well she had turned around from the night before. You can tell that everyone here not only loves animals, but they love their jobs. I'd like to especially thank Dr. LeBlanc, Dr. Lukas, Dr. Borys, and the vet tech who worked with Shadow both nights, Claire. If your pet is ill, I highly recommend Sage. They have specialists and resources that many animal hospitals don't have immediate access to. Yes, it's a little more expensive, but if you're able to afford it, GO HERE. They brought my girl back from the brink and I will forever be grateful to the staff and doctors at this hospital. EDITING my review after only 3 days to say that Dr. Borys continues to impress! They got some blood work back indicating a second autoimmune/neuromuscular disease in Shadow, and Dr. Borys is keeping both me and Shadow's regular vet updated on treatment plans. She even got in touch with a dog neurologist to figure out a course of action.

We have had some fantastic vets over the past decade but since moving to the Bay, we have struggled to find a vet we can depend on. Given the immense love we have for our dog, it has been frustrating and stressful. However, the Sage Dublin team is just as compassionate as they are talented and knowledgeable, and we have deeply appreciated the care they’ve provided us. It is a huge relief to know we can count on you, my only wish is that you provided more services so we could use Sage all the time! Special thanks to Shelby and Dr. Frankle for their kindness, attentiveness, and treatment of Cookie this most recent visit. Thank you so much!

Took my dog into Sage Vet Hospital and was very satisfied with Dr Morris who took the time explaining her exam and opinion of what was going on with my dog. She provided me with options explaining all. She discussed issues & care, what to watch for and follow up if needed. She provided a price breakdown of tests, procedures and xrays. I felt reassured and totally relieved after taking my pet to Sage Clinic and having such a caring and knowledgeable doctor.

My cat was diagnosed with cancer, but the few oncologists near me were booked almost 2 months out. Sage was able to get me in in less than 48 hours from contacting them via their website. I drove 2 hours to see them and they were worth every mile. They started him on treatment the very same visit. They are all so kind and the doctor was very informative and patient. Considering this is cancer, I think their rates are very reasonable, and they came in under the lower estimate. You know I must be happy with them because I'm sitting out in their parking lot typing this review while waiting for AAA because my car battery decided this was a good day to die. So...yes...totally happy with how I was treated on my first visit with Sage.
