community needs clean up. Dirty pathways, garages, hallways , pools , BBQ. Noisy neighbors and hence had to move out paying 2 months lease break. The management was not even considerate to lower the lease break amount . IIam responding to the reply posted by the management. Though the lease terms are stated , I was requesting for exceptions for reasons stated above and various others mentioned to the manager in email . I gave the move out notice more than a month before and requested if they could help by putting the unit on the rent list. But it was only put on rent list some 11 days before my move out date giving some excuse . But, obvious , I would not like to wait with uncertainty and had no choice but to pay the two months lease break amount. I know that it has been rented now.I had followed up a lot on this . It would really be appreciated if something is done rather than posting a standard response . Thank you .

So far, so bad. Management seems to be superciliou and inattentive. You could say they have a “Let them eat cake”mindset. My family have been here for over a month and still can't use our kitchen due to ants, even post-visit from their pest management. There are a plethora of other issues since our move-in that haven't even been addressed. Not even a sorry or check up. One would hope that the property management team would at least make sure their new residents are doing well, even if more of a “we appreciate you choosing us” sort of thing. Not from this place. It's rather an austere, unsentimental environment.

Have lived here for a year and was about to move to another location but the building is under new management and Kristen Hooper saved the day. She answered all my concerns I had and because of her efforts I am signing a new lease and staying at this place. Great place. The 1 bedroom apartments have the most amazing lay out and storage. Building is clean and pretty much quiet. Would recommend living here and please ask for Kirsten. You won’t be disappointed. For the money, location and staff can’t go any better.
