Even though I had to cancel my lease due to unforeseen circumstances, I want to say how wonderful Corina was through the whole process. She was always smiling , patient and courteous. In the future, I plan to contact Corina again to lease an apartment at Dublin Ranch.

I’m loving my mew home thanks to Corina in the leasing office who made it as easy as 1, 2, 3. She has went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly with the move in and that I was satisfied with my unit. Every neighbor I’ve met so far are so nice and polite. So far so good! I have lived almost 8 years at Dublin Ranch Senior Apartments. I have found that good management of any business handles daily problems in a straight forward manner. Where excellent management comes into importance is on the difficult issues. This current staff has done an excellent job and where this shows up is on one of the most important facets of their job AFTER you have moved into your apartment. This is the quality of quickly solving maintenance and repair issues that always shows up over time when living anywhere. They do an excellent job with these types of problems! YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY IF SOMETHING BREAKS OR STOPS WORKING.

My husband and I still can’t believe we found an affordable apartment in the area that didn’t have a waiting list, let alone one so beautiful with so many amenities. We absolutely love it here! The people are friendly and the management team, especially Corina Fong, we’re very professional and moved us along the application process. Corina has great energy and she really knows her stuff!
