Beautiful spacious apartments. Management is amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure things are taken care of. Some may think they are expensive but they really are decently priced for what you get. Anyone looking to rent, I highly recommend The Quarters Apartments! You will not be disappointed.

I’m not exactly sure why there are so many renters that are having so many problems, because Michelle is a great property manager, and has done more for me than she is suppose to. I love this place. My only complaint is not enough lighting but that’s why you can go purchase lamps. Good day

I have lived here for about five years. Yes, there has been management turnover but so what? Jonathan and Melinda are very nice, courteous. The pool is beautiful and always very clean and well-maintained. And they just got new pool furniture which is very nice. The interior furniture of the office building is lovely, you can tell it was designed by a professional interior decorator. I can't really comment on the movie room as I have never used it personally but I remember it was nice. You can watch a movie there or borrow one to watch at home. Also, they have a business room but again, I can't comment as I haven't had to use it. The gym is smaller but has all the necessary equipment. And that equipment is always clean and well maintained. Another thing the gym contains is a large sized, air conditioned indoor basketball court. Which is great. My two bedroom apartment is nice sized, both bedrooms have walk-in-closets and the bathrooms are also very nicely sized. The bathroom in my bedroom has an over sized bathtub which I absolutely love. When I just had a maintenance issue with my air conditioner, Khal was on-call for maintenance. He came right over and could not have been nicer even though he had to come out on the weekend. The residence are also always very pleasant to each other. I recommend The Quarters. My cat Max and I are very happy here!

The apartment complex will not tell you about the construction. Its all night long and its loud. You will not get any sleep.
