I was appalled at a Goodwill worker when I donated a box of glassware and a receiver and CD player I dropped off in a bin. When I proceeded to drive away I saw the worker throw my box of glassware on the ground and also smashed my 2 electronic devices on the ground cause I apparently put them in the wrong bin. I have donated hundreds of dollars of goods to this store. ILLtake my stuff elsewhere nowShame on him!

Love this goodwill! Found most VHS tapes for my collection as well as old toys from my childhood! As long as you look hard enough you may find something you didn't know you want/need, Way bigger than leesburg's near the mall.

If I could leave less than a one-star review I would do so. I've been going to the store for many years when I go up to Grand Oaks for equestrian events. I absolutely love this store and usually budget quite a bit of money just to stop by there because I love their things and I love to shop there. On this particular visit I found that things were incredibly overpriced and even found a frame that is sold for $4 at Walmart (the price was printed on the picture inside the frame) and Good Will had it priced for $6.99. they had a cheap curtain rod priced at $20. They had used stuffed animals priced higher than new prices. Most of their things, other than clothes, you could find at Walmart for much cheaper or even the dollar store. If I were you I would just stick to going to garage sales. Another woman and I were commenting about it and brought it to the attention of the staff. She got the store manager to come and speak with us and she was incredibly dismissive, rude, and told us that since she became the manager their sales have increased immensely. Maybe the dollar amount of their sales have gone up but I doubt that the quantity of their sales has gone up. And the quality of items is just the same. It's really sad that a thrift store who's supposed to be raising money for people in need is gouging people with prices so high that they can't afford them. She said that we could shop for the orange tags because they were 50% off. I told her I hadn't seen an orange tag the entire time I was in that store. She had another excuse. She said that after the colors are changed weekly they have a 50% off senior day and then the next day all of the resellers come in and take everything else. I showed her the Walmart frame and she did nothing to fix the issue. I also showed her two identical photos that are from the same set that were priced differently after she told me that they have a scale that they have to follow for corporate. I told her her scale is off if two items that are exactly the same are priced so differently. She had nothing to say and when I asked her what the correct price was she refused to fix either one. She just kept saying sorry. Sorry, sorry. So in addition to the bad prices and gouging they have terrible customer service. What happened to the customer is always right? What happened to making your customers happy? You can suffice it to say that I will not be back to that store. And I will be telling all my friends to avoid that one as well.

Although generally, yes, they regularly refuse holiday items immediately just before and immediately following a holiday!! I've been refused dropping off holiday related items peculiar to that holiday because of that, reminds me of a grinch!
I am not positive on this but I do not think they pick up at home I believe hospice and Salvation Army does
