Nina was the most helpful person we could’ve asked for, she was very knowledgeable about what toys felt the best as well as very kindly educating us on how we can stay safe AND comfortable while using them. She was super enthusiastic to help and seems like she really loves to give great customer service and helping people find and discover what they need. Overall everyone was super lovely, we will definitely be back due to how communicative and helpful the associates were (:

Emily, who works customer service, gave me the best customer service experience i’ve had in a long time, walked me through purchasing options, was very personable. She made the whole visit for me, she’s fantastic! I work in Customer Service and was very impressed by the team.

My wife and I went here to grab some things for a night of pleasure. The people there helped us tremendously to make sure that we were grabbing things that we would be comfortable with. They did recommend some things that we weren't quite comfortable with, but that's okay because there's no telling what one person's tastes to another person's taste when it comes to shopping at a store like this. It's nice to know that with places like this there's people there to help you figure out what's best for you, because there's not a lot of places like this out there that you can just walk into.
