I leave one star because I consistently experience bad service at this location. Love Wendy's but this particular location gives the franchise a bad name. Long waits in the drive through or on foot, literally every time. Order more than one menu item - better not pull away from the window until you check to make sure it's right. The joke when we consider getting food here is we better not be in a hurry. Tonight we rolled up as a last resort and they told us they didn't have fries! I'm convinced this location is an example of mismanagement - under staffed and under supplied.

Employees were very nice and helpful and the food was fine but the store on the inside is absolutely disgusting and dirty not to mention the bathrooms. Spills everywhere, looks like it is not being cleaned regularly or hourly like it should be. The entire drink station is sticky , half the straws were wet , food and garbage everywhere. Not a clean place at all . I live in Vancouver was visiting and came up for the weekend and stopped for food on way out . I have worked in the fast food biz for a little and am a neat freak sorry . Not impressed

Stopped in today 3-11-2022 for a quick bite. Nothing quick about this visit!! The line was long and moved at a snails🐌 pace. I tried ordering a salad 🥗 to be told none were available because all of the lettuce was bad! Finally made it to the window and the poor girl had know clue what she was doing or who's order was who's. This was not a good visit at all! Stopped in for breakfast and was not in the least bit happy with the sandwich I received. What I ordered was a maple bacon chicken sandwich.. What I got was a soggy overloaded maple syrup with chicken 🐔and bacon🥓 sandwich. The thing oozed syrup when you picked it up. All you could taste was syrup and nothing else.

I don’t eat at fast food restaurants often but I do enjoy a good burger from Wendy’s when I’m feeling a little down. Unfortunately, this Wendy’s is known to have extremely long lines, I feel for the workers because I can see that although stressed out, they are trying. The Wendy’s app also provides great offers & deals !
