Honestly I love the service at this CFA. If you have a problem with your order, let them know and they will do their best to make it right. They are currently super short staffed and dealing with all the Covid regulations all while trying to train new hires. They are trying to reduce mistakes and get better as evidenced by the goals written inside above the drive through window. Tl;Dr just nicely ask them to fix your sandwich order and give a little grace. They're working in a pandemic.
I ordered a chicken sandwich and half of it was hanging out of the box so I told the lady at the window and asked her to give me a fresh sandwich please she had me wait several minutes when I got home they did not make me a fresh sandwich they had only taken the sandwich that was hanging out of the box and put it back in the broken box. I don't know whose hands had touched it and put it back in the box I don't know if I'm ever going back
A fantastic group of people regardless of what location you go to who are overwhelmed here lately with longer than normal lines. If all the numbers were known unfortunately you were a very small percentage of mistakes that roll out of any one of those I'm sure. Plus there's been such a labor issue I'm sure they've been affected by that too. I'm not a franchise owner or an employee just a big fan of some awesome chicken LOL!
I had a problem with my order as well! I think they are way to busy and cant handle it all! It is pretty chaotic behind the registers. Maybe they should open another one! That has easier access and parking.
