My grandma spent $80 at this restaurant and they forgot her big Mac I got a single quarter when it was supposed to be a double and was wrung up as a double. The fries were cold. Definitely not the kind of service to be expected when spending so much money.

Went to the drive through in the am. Ordered 2 sausage muffins and two large Mocha Frappes. We then paid for our food and proceeded to the next window. At the window they tell us that their frappe machine is out of order. They ask if we want something different instead. So without questioning we ask for orange juice instead. The one girl went to ask us if we wanted a refund and the manager cut her off and said no, they ordered orange juice and proceeded. They hand us our food and drinks and hurry along. They didn't even offer us the difference in the price, which they owed us! Don't give them your money...it's clearly mishandled at this location.

Had a situation where I gave a code at the drive-thru speaker (6242) , employee repeated the code "you said (6241)". I laughed because he heard my whole order correctly, but wanted to play with a code I gave. That deterred me from returning for about 2 months after that situation, I gave it time for him to be either fired or quit. High turn overs are needed for this reason! The food is great, only con and the biggest in my opinion is they over cook their fries every time! Please work on this Management.

Always amazing food! I quit going to McDonald's for a long time, tried this location, and was highly impressed! The food has been consistently good every time I stop in, always fresh! Always hot! Great customer service! I can't say enough. I don't even stop by often but every single time since this location opened, I have never been dissatisfied 👍
