When we walked in the manager was already fixing a burger she's had to fix 3 times.... My issue as the next person to order was the fact I was never given a receipt order number. & the fact my cup was marked TEA.. and gave me coke.. I order a sweet tea.. So not to sure 😕 maybe today just wasn't their day. First time I've been to the location. If you plan on sitting inside bring a coat it's very cold 🥶 in there as well.. That might be a plus for some lol.

Drive thru line on Thurs night at 830 was backed up til the entrance-with 2 lanes this is a 30 min minimum wait! I chose the to-go app instead and ordered online. It said 5 minutes. 20 minutes later and 4 other cars had come picked up theirs and gone. I finally got my food and checked my bag to find I was missing two sandwiches. This happens a lot! I went to the door and continued to knock until someone came because they covid lock the dining room now. Showed them my bags and explained I was missing 2 sandwiches from my order. They did ask me to come inside while they fixed the order and offered a complimentary item. The entire experience order to return to car took 45 minutes

I ordered a McDouble and 6 piece chicken nugget. The restaurant was SUPER busy but did have a steady steam going in and out of the drive thru so I decided to do curbside pickup. IT TOOK ALMOST 10 MINUTES AND THE FOOD WAS LUKEWARM AT BEST. I have never waited so long for a simple order like that EVER ... didn't order fries, a drink, a desert, nothing extra just the 2 items... Next time I'll just wait till I get to 72nd st to visit McDonald's

The girl who took my order had a bad attitude and I ordered two double cheeseburgers.. this is what I got with both of them -.- atleast they got the happy meal right.

Call the general manager and tell them asap. RE: Anytime or anywhere you are served under cooked meat of any kind it should be reported to the health department. Say you get sick 24 hours later and you didnt report the incident it would do you no good after the fact due to the lapsed time. DOCUMENTATION is the only way to proove anything, if its not put aside due to lack of insufficient facts. To the defending party they would say one thing about it. Proof we need proof...not 24 hours after the fact, or one minute. You act on this type of situation immediately so its legit.

I drove by yesterday evening and they were still closed. Haven't gone by today but i believe they're still closed
Excellent Service and Excellent coffee with refills. The food i dont eat other than the breakfast burritos with guacamole. They are fair... New workers always really kind and good caring managers. They are better than the other McDonnald's they dont act like its coming out of their own pocket! ..like some of the others. I give them 5 stars! Thanks!
