Overall WasteManagement that serves East Oakland District provides great service. I have had to call in a few issues over the past couple of years, pretty minimal actually, and they quickly addressed the issue. Service is consistent and reliable. I appreciate that their drivers are very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

WM has never been an issue for me with regards to services rendered. I have no complaints, the trucks work in tandem, the drivers are courteous, pleasant and always on time every Thursday morning. As a public entity WM is reliable, often imitated, but never duplicated.

Pricing is criminal, they have you locked in by municipal contract so you have no alternative. They have kept raising prices and not only force us to use their service, but since we live in a multi-unit building (4 family) we are required to have and pay for 4 garbage bins (even though we only use 1 between the 4 units), 4 recycle bins (even though we only use 2)
