Noticed a major decline in customer service and cleanliness of store about 6 months ago. They are selling damaged items that are opened and not allowing customers to return them. Store manager is clearly under the influence of some type of drug.

Quality has suffered in last 6 months or so..rotting meat,molding produce.went in today and was appalled and the food you were selling should have been in trash.. I'm done with you...Sad!!! Not sure why Charleston, Illinois ruler foods can't get it together....back to Walmart for me.

Ruler has top quality item at a lower cost than any other place in town. I very rarely shop anywhere else.
