Misrepresenting business practices all the way around in my opinion. My husband and I were Floored by what they thought they were giving us a deal on what was Already scratched/or dented appliances. It was appalling! I'd give half a star if I could...I'm so sorry that you guys went through that. Completely Wrong!

They do carry GE appliances not sure about the model you are asking about. The get lots of new inventory.

Yes, delivery services are available. Our dryer was delivered and installed for $40.

They will set up delivery but it costs extra and rate depends on where you live. I live about an hour away and they said it would be $100 for delivery.

Taken my co-worker to St. Louis Appliance she bought her a refrigerator. They brought it out to her the next day. She was very please with everything. 😊

They have some good stuff but their ads are misleading. I drove 24miles to get a washer that they posted after waiting 2days for a reply. Got to store only to find out that I had to buy washer and dryer together they would not separate even though the ad was for single units. The guys there weren't all that helpful had to wait 20mins before someone could help me and even then one of the reps walked off on me after he couldnt find what I was looking for it took a while of me walking around before someone asked what I was doing. After all that someone finally tried to help me but the best they could do was tell me to come back at a later time. No sugar coat no bs you be the judge

From what I have read in the reviews if a customer pays extra for these services then the received it, on the other hand if you paid for it and it shows on your receipt as proof and didn't receive then there should be something you can do legally.
