You agreed to remove the old stove and install the new one. The guy you sent did not do this. Please fix this and at the very least return and remove the old stove as promised. Not fair to do this to an 80 year old widow.

I am also looking for quality appliances and I am planning on using this store however there is a fee for delivery and setup. From what I have read in the reviews if a customer pays extra for these services then the received it, on the other hand if you paid for it and it shows on your receipt as proof and didn't receive then there should be something you can do legally.

My stove and refrigerator were both delivered and setup with no problems and both old appliances were removed there were no issues the guys were great there is a small fee for removal but that was no problem it was well worth it

They didnt set mines up either although they said they would! My husband did it
