They will set up delivery but it costs extra and rate depends on where you live. I live about an hour away and they said it would be $100 for delivery.

They use an outside delivery service that gets paid directly by the customer but i don't know if they'll deliver that far

You agreed to remove the old stove and install the new one. The guy you sent did not do this. Please fix this and at the very least return and remove the old stove as promised. Not fair to do this to an 80 year old widow.
